I never leave reviews but these guys were unhelpful. Wouldn’t give me a discount - said “it didn’t work” and charged me $130 for an oil change when my dealership charges less than half of that. I went here out of desperation and needed a quick oil change but they overcharge. They didn’t top off my fluids like they were supposed to. Will not go here again.

I was there yesterday and this isn’t my first time with getting an oil change. I usually go for my personal vehicle. I took my nieces vehicle because she’s recovering from surgery and wanted to get it done for her. The employee Cici asked me what kind of Nissan it was if it was a S or SL and it not being my personal vehicle I said I think it’s an SL not sure. The employee working on the vehicle so it’s and S and she made a sarcastic remark. Stating well I’d assume the person driving the car would know. If your in the around , driving it. You should know. The other guy said. It’s on the back of the vehicle she said I know but that’s above my pay grade. Knowing that I can hear this whole conversation with the window down. I thought was extremely unprofessional and rude. Again. I wasn’t even driving my personal vehicle. This was a favor I was doing for someone and she assumed I knew everything about the vehicle from a simple oil change. I don’t recommend going to her. Maybe someone with a little more patience and understanding when people are knowledgeable about certain vehicles. Again I even told her ive been there for my personal vehicle several times and never got treated that may

Went to the Edmond location and got an oil change. When I left, I went half a block and heard something weird. Pulled over and looked under my car and the front edge of the skid plate was hanging down and scraping the pavement. Thank goodness it didn't catch on the road, it might have done some real damage. Went back to Take 5 and explained, and they said they would look at it, but I had to wait because all three bays were occupied. After a bit, they looked and said they didn't have the fastener. I asked what they were going to do, since the car didn't have that problem before I arrived. They offered to remove the skid plate and give it to me, so I could buy fasteners and put it back on myself. I told them it wasn't right, since I would be taking to my mechanic to repair and it would cost me money I shouldn't have to spend. After a few minutes, they "found" a fastener in the bay "ditch" and re-installed the skid plate. It could have been a better experience if it seemed they cared, instead of making me feel like a nuisance. And if I hadn't argued with them, I would have been out the additional expense to have it re-installed by my mechanic.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but I have to on this. I usually take my car to take 5 off of NW expressway but I took it here since it’s close to my work. I was greeted by a very large guy that could barely speak English and looked like he was either drunk or has been drinking. I couldn’t understand pretty much anything due to the excessive slurring and just gibberish that was coming out. They didn’t clean my window like it said they did on my receipt and when I tried to pay it took 20 minutes for them to get the CC machine working. Overall, not the greatest experience, maybe they were having an off day or something but that wasn’t the normal take5 experience I usually have.

I never saw anyone go underneath my car until they told me the service was done and paid for. After that, he wend down there for about 20 seconds and did something. I never felt any service happening. Normally you can feel the car shaking, etc as it’s being serviced. I never noticed anybody putting oil in the car. Did I really get an oil change? The worker (the guy supposedly servicing my car) had his friends sitting next to my car, and the “service” took longer than it should have because he was chitchatting with them. The worst thing is when he checked my oil he flung oil all over the inside of my engine bay (see video). He cleaned the dipstick with his bare hands and flung it into my engine bay. Terrible look for this company. Very unprofessional, and I really feel like there was no service done to my car.
